Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with any wire transfer request or related communication.
Use the Services to send or receive funds for any prohibited transaction, including but not limited to transactions involving illegal goods, controlled substances, or sanctioned parties.
Circumvent any security measures, verification processes, or transaction limits imposed by the Company or its partners.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
